Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, support, and research data quality and cleanup efforts.
  
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis on Data Issues, facilitating comprehensive solutions.
  
•  Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences.
• Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile them into a cohesive presentation
  
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements effectively- General project documentation (i.e. meeting notes, drafting proposals).
  
• General support through testing phases: researching issues, and providing guidance on defect resolution.
  
• Other Project Support tasks as identified.
• Ticket Management (JIRA).

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills to analyze data structures, identify data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Must have extensive experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Experience with Workday implementation including Report Writer, Prism, People Analytics, and basic Adaptive Insights.
  
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems, such as database structures.
  
• Expert with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, concatenations, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Financial Management data structures.
