Workday Prism ETL Developer

We are seeking a skilled Workday Prism ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics and a strong background in ETL development, data transformation, and data modeling. This role requires the ability to work independently, standardize disparate data sources, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, particularly in global payroll and benefits domains.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Workday Prism Analytics.

• Transform and model data from multiple, disparate sources to create standardized datasets.

• Work with global payroll and benefits data to support reporting and analytics needs.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Operate independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results as a turnkey contractor.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics (required).

• Strong background in ETL development, data transformation, and data modeling.

• Experience working with global payroll and/or benefits data.

• Ability to quickly understand and standardize disparate data sources.

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
