Workday Learning Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead post-go-live optimization of Workday Learning
• Support clients migrating from legacy LMS platforms to Workday Learning
• Analyze end-to-end system impacts and provide actionable recommendations
• Simplify complex configurations into maintainable solutions
• Train and support non-technical business users and HR/L&D teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to stabilize and enhance the current system setup
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of Workday experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Learning module
• Experience in post-go-live support and optimization
• Background working with legacy LMS migrations to Workday
• Ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Workday system impacts
• Ability to troubleshoot, stabilize, and improve existing configurations
