Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and PECI.
- Develop inbound and outbound interfaces for US payroll providers, including scheduling, retries, monitoring, and error handling.
- Manage end-to-end data flows for Core HCM, Time/Absence, and Benefits.
- Develop integrations supporting eligibility, enrollment, and life-event processes.
- Build Recruiting and Talent integrations and reporting solutions.
- Develop RaaS, custom reports, calculated fields, matrix reports, and composite reports.
- Design robust error handling, monitoring, alerting, and operational controls.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Implement secure data transfers using SFTP/MFT, certificates, encryption, and token-based authentication.
- Optimize Workday reports for performance and data quality.
- Ensure integrations comply with HR data privacy and security requirements.
- Follow SDLC practices including version control, peer reviews, CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Manage changes and promotions across Workday environments from sandbox through production.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration deliverables.
- Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and production handoffs.
- Collaborate with HRIT, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, InfoSec, and Enterprise Engineering teams.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday integration development experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio and PECI.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, tenant management, and environment promotion.
- Experience developing reliable, highly available integrations with monitoring and alerting.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
