Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure business requirements are met and solutions are efficient and accurate.
• Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and develop new integrations.
• Perform routine break/fix support, regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the WD and vendor systems.
• Enforce Workday development methodologies with other team members.
• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, composing clear documentation, and problem resolution.
• Manage system integrations within the architecture of the Workday HCM system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience with Workday integration development including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management or Human Resources integrations.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio & Workday Integration Development including EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Workday implementation experience in Higher Ed setting.
• Strong understanding of Workday security.
