Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform integration testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and resolve data flow problems.
• Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.
• Monitor integration performance, conduct audits, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Maintain security roles and domain policies related to integration data.
• Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.
• Build custom reports and use Workday reporting tools for integration validation and auditing.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, WECI, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Web Services.
• Proficiency in configuring REST and SOAP APIs for seamless system integration.
• Experience implementing integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
• Expertise in XSLT transformations and complex data mapping.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for integration testing and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of security roles and domain policies in Workday integrations.
• Ability to document integration workflows and create custom reports for validation.
