Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to HR teams, Senior Management, Finance, and others to create, prepare, maintain, and support a variety of reports.
• Maintains partnerships with relevant stakeholders including HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts, and Vendors.
• Design & deploy user-friendly mechanisms for stakeholders to be able to produce informative HR data on a self-service basis.
• Work with HR managers & leaders on initiatives to improve HR systems services to the organization.
• Produce the HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards on time and to a high standard of accuracy.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of extensive experience years in the implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.  
• Experience in implementing, integrating, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in Workday HCM, recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Performance and Development, Learning, Integrations, Security, Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and/or Expenses configurations. 
• Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, and JavaScript, and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language. 
• extensive experience years in the implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. 
• Good understanding and experience in cloud computing, web services, REST APIs, and associated integration challenges 
• Must have expertise in the Recruitment module.
