We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Architect with 7+ years of relevant experience in Workday technical architecture, integration development, and enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Financials, extensive experience designing and supporting integrations, and the ability to lead technical architecture decisions across business and technology teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for Workday Financials.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related tools.
- Define integration architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions, guide integration development teams, and influence architectural decisions.
- Ensure integrations meet enterprise security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Workday technical architecture, integration development, or enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
