Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll).
• Perform integration testing and resolve issues.
• Modify and create configurations within Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance modules.
• Implement and maintain Business Processes (BPs) following Workday best practices.
• Develop advanced, custom, and matrix reports using Workday Report Writer and BIRT.
• Create actionable dashboards and optimize report performance.
• Lead full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, coding, deployment, and support.
• Follow the Workday release process for code updates and enhancements.
• Work with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and process optimizations in Workday
