Workday Configuration And Performance Improvement

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Workday experience
• Strong Workday HCM Configuration knowledge
• Expertise in Business Process Framework, Security, Reporting, and Organization setup
• Experience in Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, and Talent modules
• Hands-on experience with EIBs, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors
• Strong experience in Workday performance optimization and report tuning
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, web services, and data migration
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Workday Certification preferred
