Job Description

The Workday Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions across various HR and financial functions. This role requires expertise in Workday applications, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design Workday solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Management.
  • Design the overall architecture for Workday implementations, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with business processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for Workday projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of Workday solutions, including data migration, system configuration, and testing. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Design and manage integrations between Workday and other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize Workday systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications and integrations.
  • Provide support for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for Workday solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of [10] years of experience in Workday architecture or implementation, with a strong background in configuring and integrating Workday applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Management.
  • Experience with Workday integration tools and technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect).
  • Familiarity with data migration, reporting, and analytics within Workday.
  • Experience in leading Workday implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
