Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the live Workday HCM environment
- Configure and maintain Core HCM functions (Onboarding, Hire, Termination, Change Job, Compensation), Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Absence
- Manage Workday Security roles and complex report development
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations, including testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and change management
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define requirements, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions
- Track project tasks, support documentation, and ensure user adoption
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with deep knowledge of Workday HCM systems and best practices
- 5+ years of global HCM implementation and support experience
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Security and custom report creation
- Experience facilitating SIT, UAT, and production deployments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
