Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR technology advisor, recommending governance, scalability, and optimization strategies for Workday.
  • Configure and manage Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, and others, including security and business processes.
  • Design, build, and support integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to execute cross-functional projects and ensure system alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).
  • Deliver advanced reporting and analytics to support business decisions and workforce planning.
  • Monitor Workday releases and manage system updates to ensure continued platform efficiency.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems, with at least 3 years in Workday administration.
  • Proven expertise in Workday module configuration and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance standards, and data management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
