Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, and implement planning solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Utilize thorough knowledge of Adaptive components including Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting.
• Implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions in conjunction with Workday HCM.
• Create and update technical documentation related to Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases.
• Investigate and resolve issues as a liaison between users and Workday support.
• Preferred experience scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• At least 8 years of total work experience in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adaptive Planning components such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting.
• Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM.
• Strong skills in creating and updating technical documentation.
• Proven ability to analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with a strong liaison capability between users and Workday support.
• Preferred experience in scripting CCDS and CCL, with bonus points for knowledge of Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, and Adaptive APIs.
