Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient planning models and workflows within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Utilize a diverse set of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and resolve complex problems.
• Break down intricate business and technical issues into actionable components to deliver well-structured solutions.
• Understand the broader objectives of the project and ensure that your contributions align with the company’s overall strategy and financial goals.
• Stay informed on new Adaptive Planning features, best practices, and industry trends to enhance your consulting effectiveness.
• Develop a deep understanding of the evolving business environment and how Adaptive Planning solutions can be tailored to support it.
• Analyze financial and operational data to generate meaningful insights and make informed recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (design, implementation, and/or support)
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and generating insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Adaptive Planning certification(s)
• Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience with data integration tools and enterprise systems (e.g., Workday HCM/Finance, ERP platforms)
