Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the WMS solutions, ensuring smooth operation of critical supply chain and warehouse management applications.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of functionality changes to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiencies.
• Interact with customers to understand their issues, requirements, and needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve WMS-related issues, both independently and through collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Understand and apply middleware technologies that integrate WMS systems with other enterprise applications and databases.
• Apply a deep understanding of supply chain and aftermarket processes to deliver optimal solutions that address business needs.
• Guide and coordinate offshore teams in the development and support of WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Work within Agile frameworks to prioritize, plan, and execute projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with WMS products, specifically BY (Blue Yonder) and RedPrairie solutions, is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of middleware technologies and their role in WMS integration with other systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).
• Understanding of supply chain operations, especially in the context of warehouse management and aftermarket processes.
• Experience in coordinating and guiding offshore development and support teams effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
