Key Responsibilities

• Bring up the Lab Setup to demonstrate the correct behavior of the setup.
• Run manual measurements in extreme cases to verify theoretical boundaries
• Develop Matlab Models emulating new technology from the PHY layer perspective with impairments and their correction.
• Create an “offline” SDR that can modulate/demodulate symbols of a pre-defined technology.
• Develop SW/code for automation and system tools.
• Development and execution of scripts, i.e. Python, to automate RF testing patterns and validation.
• Interface with other teams on SW/tools infrastructure and maintenance.
• Be able to change/modify existing FW code, compile, and reload.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in wireless technologies evaluation and testing.
• In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies, including 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.
• Experience with wireless testing tools and equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium.
