Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange environments (user/group management, email configuration).
• Build and deploy desktops and laptops using Symantec Ghost and Intune Imaging Tools.
• Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP configuration) and manage Wireless LAN and VPN access.
• Implement software distribution, patch management, and computer security principles (antivirus, firewall).
• Monitor system performance with SMS and MOM.
• Provide hands-on and remote technical support to end users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange, and Intune Imaging.
• Experience in TCP/IP, Ethernet configuration, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security principles (antivirus, anti-spam, firewall) and patch management.
• Experience with Symantec Ghost and building laptop/desktop systems.
• A+ certification preferred; MCSA or MCSE a plus.
