We are looking for a skilled Windows System Engineer with expertise in managing physical and virtual servers, security practices, and automation. The ideal candidate will be experienced with VMware, Hyper-V, PowerShell, and Active Directory, and will play a key role in maintaining a secure, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical and virtual servers using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimize server resources.
• Implement security practices (patch management, firewall, access control).
• Automate processes using PowerShell, SCCM, and other tools.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Ensure operational continuity of critical systems (OT).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server and network issues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, and PowerShell scripting.
• Expertise in Windows security, patch management, and firewall configuration.
• Familiarity with OT systems and their importance in operational continuity.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
