Roles and Responsibilities

• Windows Server/desktop operating systems, user administration, file system, software, and services.
• Active Directory management, including backup and recovery of domain and GPO setup.
• Fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting such as DHCP, DNS, Routing, and Firewall.
• Disaster recovery planning and ability to perform backup and restore for systems, applications, and data.
• Patch and firmware installation and management.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Experienced with monitoring system health and performance, able to provide statistics to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
• Understanding of server and various storage RAID configurations.
• Strong customer service mindset, providing plus-1 end-user support experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of various computing platforms from servers, networks, and storage including scripting experience for automation.
