Seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to support critical applications within the Global Wealth and Investment Management domain. The role involves incident management, infrastructure triage, root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and ensuring application stability and availability.
Provide L2/L3 production support for Windows/Linux-based applications and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and authentication-related issues using Splunk, Dynatrace, IIS, and Ping Federate.
Drive incident resolution, service restoration, and root cause analysis for production outages.
Monitor production environments proactively and implement stability improvements.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Testing, and Release teams for deployments, upgrades, and production support activities.
Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
Manage stakeholder communication, including senior leadership updates during major incidents.
Support ITIL processes using tools such as Remedy and Jira.
Participate in on-call support, weekend coverage, and release activities.
8–10 years of Production/Application Support experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Dedicated Compute, IIS, Ping Federate, Splunk, Dynatrace, and .NET Core.
Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
