• Design and implement window system solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices
• Install, configure, and maintain window-based servers, networks, and other infrastructure components
• Troubleshoot and resolve window system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system availability
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of the window environment
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to test and deploy applications on window platforms
• Conduct regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems up-to-date and secure
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and helpdesk teams on window system-related matters
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Window System Engineer or similar role for 4 to 8 years
• In-depth knowledge of window system management, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve complex window system issues
• Experience with window server virtualization, clustering, and high availability solutions
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automating system tasks
• Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) will be a plus
