Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical professionals, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Windchill solutions with business requirements.
Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and track Windchill development projects, including managing timelines, resources, and risks.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Windchill development, and provide timely resolutions.
Support the management in resource planning, capacity management, and forecasting, ensuring optimal utilization of team resources.
Implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the testing process.
Required Qualifications/Skills
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Windchill PLM software, including its architecture, modules, and functionalities.
Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, JSP, JavaScript, and Groovy, which are commonly used for Windchill customization and extension.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN for managing Windchill customization code and configurations.
Experience in integrating Windchill with other enterprise systems using APIs, such as RESTful APIs, EJB APIs, or SOAP APIs.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Experience in conducting unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of Windchill customizations to ensure quality and reliability.
Knowledge of Medical Device terminology and PLM applicability.
