Responsibilities

• Ability to work alone or in groups, managing multiple projects and finding solutions to keep projects on task. 
• Work occasional after hours work assignments including participation in an on-call rotation
• Ability to clearly write process, analysis, and solution documentation
• Ability to successfully communicate technical details to a wide variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical individuals
• Perform quarterly patching
• migrate teams to account segmentation
• track and manage old versions of software
• ongoing tuning of alerts and monitors
• support tomcat, WebLogic and tuxedo INC’s
• Document process, analysis, and solution documentation
• Accurately interpret, document, and deliver customer requirements

 

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 5+ years related experience
• Must have attention to detail and a desire to learn new technologies
• Proven ability to accurately interpret, document, and deliver customer requirements
• Middleware product experience, PERL or Python scripting, Jenkins experience 
• WebLogic, Tuxedo, Tomcat, Mule
• AIX and Linux cmd line
• Shell scripting (to maintain existing processes)
• Splunk log troubleshooting
