We are looking for an experienced Web Hosting Operations Engineer to manage vulnerability assessment and remediation, application deployment, and operational support across multiple application platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting, risk assessment, and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze reported security vulnerabilities, assess associated risks, and prepare appropriate remediation plans.
- Drive end-to-end vulnerability remediation, including implementation, validation, and closure.
- Ensure vulnerability fixes are successfully implemented across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Manage application deployment, release management, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure platform stability, availability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Follow established change management and release management processes.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Provide regular status updates, technical guidance, and remediation reports to clients and stakeholders.
