Responsible for ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and hybrid meeting environments through device monitoring, troubleshooting, and live support for executives and teams. Collaborates with IT, vendors, and facilities to maintain high-quality meeting experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Teams Room Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform daily health checks, monitor room status, update firmware/software, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Meeting Support: Provide pre-meeting setup, live troubleshooting, and executive-level support for hybrid and board meetings.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and authentication issues; manage incident tickets in ServiceNow.
- Vendor & Hardware Coordination: Liaise with OEMs for repairs, replacements, and updates; coordinate with facilities for installations and cabling.
- User Training & Documentation: Educate users on Teams Rooms features and etiquette; maintain SOPs, KB articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with IT teams for cross-domain issues; analyze trends to recommend improvements and automation.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure configurations meet security and Microsoft best practices; prepare reports on room utilization and uptime.
