Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, devices, and peripherals
  • Provide pre-meeting setup and live support for executive and hybrid meetings
  • Troubleshoot MTR hardware, software, network, and authentication issues
  • Manage incidents and documentation via ServiceNow
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors and Facilities for repairs and installations
  • Perform firmware updates, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking
  • Deliver user training and executive-level concierge support
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and Knowledge Base documentation
  • Collaborate with Network, Security, Endpoint, and Cloud teams
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and Microsoft best practices

 

Tools & Technology (2–5 Years Experience)
  • Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC) Provisioning, configuration profiles, app/firmware updates, health monitoring
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal 24×7 telemetry, AI-based detection, automated updates, analytics
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Policies, certificates, patching, app deployment, remote reset
  • OEM Platforms Logitech Sync, Poly Lens
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Teams Room resource account management
  • Exchange Online Admin Center Room calendars, booking policies, scheduling permissions
