Roles & Responsibilities

• Hands-on co-ordination and execution on Lifecycle marketing programs, this includes involving in Strategy, data and analysis. 
• Coordinate with various teams including design, content and other channels to drive insights and execution as per timelines.
• Kick-off and drive strategic initiatives with cross functional teams and oversee business case prioritization, timelines, and execution.
• Provide best practice oversight and assist in insights and reporting throughout the customer life cycle using reporting platforms and improve processes across platforms.
• Collaborate with other teams (agencies & data) to maximize available resources for client support and successful outcomes. 
• Track ongoing progress of projects and deliver timely updates to clients.
• Communicate issues and technical roadblocks effectively.
• Be knowledgeable on Digital Marketing best practices, technologies and trends.
• Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices. Integrate learning to ensure optimal results, improved deliverability, and compliance.
• Work with engineering partners to manage any new data requirements.
• Strong business acumen across data, platform and technology as well as cross-channel.

Required Qualifications

• Digital marketing experience required – experience with Adobe Analytics, Web domain, Web Analytics domain.
• Extremely detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of technologies including Web CMS platforms, Adobe Analytics, SQL, ADO, Excel, MSBI, Azure.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stakeholders within a dynamic business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
