Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in API automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth understanding of WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.
• Strong expertise in WAI-ARIA roles, states, and best practices.
• Extensive experience testing with assistive technologies, including VoiceOver (macOS), JAWS, and NVDA.
• Excellent knowledge of macOS VoiceOver and accessibility behaviors.
• Familiarity with mobile accessibility features on iOS and Android devices.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Prior engineering or development experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct accessibility audits of existing web and API-driven solutions.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the entire development lifecycle to ensure accessibility is built in from the start.
• Design, develop, and maintain API automation tests to support quality and compliance.
• Validate accessibility using manual testing and assistive technologies.
• Provide accessibility guidance and recommendations aligned with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams and coordinate across multiple functions.
• Represent the Accessibility and SEO Center of Excellence professionally and effectively.
• Adapt quickly to internal processes, guidelines, and tight delivery schedules.
