Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, integration, validation, and deployment of voice recording solutions.
- Manage project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Coordinate implementation activities, change management processes, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Validate deployed solutions against approved design documentation and technical standards.
- Coordinate testing activities and ensure seamless integration with customer environments.
- Monitor Day-1 operations following deployments and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
- Act as a technical liaison between development, operations, support, and business teams globally.
- Provide technical expertise and support during audits, reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of global voice standards, best practices, and configuration guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and voice infrastructure modernization programs.
Required Skills & Experience
Voice & Recording Technologies
- Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale voice and telephony deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Verba Voice Recording solutions.
- Strong knowledge of voice recording architecture and integration with third-party devices and platforms.
- Experience supporting large, multi-site, global telephony environments.
- Knowledge of voice recording operations, administration, and troubleshooting.
Infrastructure & Technology
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking concepts and protocols
- Server infrastructure
- Operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Virtualization technologies
- Cloud platforms and services
- Experience supporting highly controlled and regulated enterprise environments.
Project & Operational Experience
- Experience delivering customer-focused implementations in time-critical environments.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and implementation activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Verint or NICE Voice Recording platforms.
- Experience integrating voice recording systems with enterprise telephony solutions.
- Exposure to AI, Automation, and Cloud technologies.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or highly regulated industries.
- Verint, Cloud, AI, Automation, or related industry certifications.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements associated with voice recording environments.
