Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage business stakeholder relationships and gather requirements.
• Provide system solutions for Vistex processes and configure/document new requirements.
• Develop proof of concept for new business processes.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs for custom Vistex changes.
• Support change and release management processes for Vistex updates.
• Provide status updates to customer and TCS management.
• Coordinate offshore activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understand and apply Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Vistex modules such as Chargeback, Billback, Agreement Management, Membership Management, Claims Management, Sales Traces, Accruals and Settlements, and GPO Roster.
• Strong working knowledge in SAP Pricing Configuration: Condition Types, Condition Tables, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, Condition Records, and Pricing Analysis.
• Ability to design and configure complex pricing scenarios using SAP and Vistex tools.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Vistex applications like Material Cross Reference, Unit of Measure Cross Reference, and Agreement Cross Reference.
• Experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and Pricing Configurations, including tables, user exits, and functional modules.
• Familiarity with EDI/IDocs (partner profiles, message types, inbound and outbound parameters).
• Basic ABAP debugging skills.
• Functional specification creation, test scripts preparation, and using tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of SAP OTC (Order to Cash) processes, with a focus on Pricing, Condition Contracts, and Settlement Management.
• Knowledge of Vistex Chargebacks, Billbacks, Agreements, Memberships, and integration with SAP OTC processes.
• Experience with IDocs and EDI (850, 855, 810, 832, 844, 856, 867, 940, 945), ALE/RFC.
• Knowledge of DMR (Deferred Maintenance Revenue) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
