Technical / Functional Skills

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures supporting Enterprise Voice and Video Content & room collaboration services.
• Design Room Collaboration Services to meet customer strategies and requirements.
• Provide engineering, work with integration partner(s), supporting upgrades of room collaboration and room streaming systems.
• Coordinate with customer and vendor on design requirements, proof of concept design, supplier and hardware selection, equipment ordering, final design, installation, testing, troubleshooting and final sign-off.
• Repair and maintenance of room collaboration and streaming systems at in-scope locations.
• Real-Time telephone, email, in-room and video technical support to video endpoints.
• Provide Enterprise Voice and Video Content Services usage monitoring and reporting, monthly.
• Provide Enterprise Voice Services capacity management & recommendations to adjust.
