Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead integration of electrical/software systems into vehicle architecture, ensuring compatibility and quality.
• Develop and integrate vehicle communication protocols (CAN, J1939, RV-C).
• Collaborate with software teams for diagnostics and fault handling of HV components.
• Troubleshoot and analyze system issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements.
• Develop and execute testing plans to validate system performance and safety.
• Support prototype builds and production launches.
• Maintain documentation on system integration, testing, and modifications.
• Support production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vehicle integration efficiency, safety, and performance.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5+ years in vehicle integration, system engineering, or similar automotive roles.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems (chassis, electrical, HVAC, infotainment, networking).
• Proficient with automotive networking protocols, especially CAN (J1939, RV-C).
• Expertise in vehicle diagnostics and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with electric and high-voltage platforms.
• Experience in adjacent industries (Marine, Powersports, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
