• Expert in Architecture design for Varicent ICM, ELT, designing effective comp plans, Smarter quotas, Territory decisions, and Prioritizing leads.
• Provide end-to-end architecture and design solutions.
• Support business queries and other ad-hoc reports or extracts.
• Ability to provide solutions and drive the project in terms of architecture, design, and solutioning.
• Design architecture for ICM solutions, technical lead, and solution architect.
• Handling customer requirements workshops, documenting the discussion, drafting the action plan, and executing the plan to closure.
• Incident Management and allocation of Incidents to appropriate groups.
• Creating estimations of tasks and drafting of integrated project plan for change requests.

 

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT). 
• Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance development support, and design projects.
• Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
• Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support, and deployments.
