Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies for Varicent ICM implementations.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure optimal system performance.
• Validate compensation plans, calculation logic, and data integrations based on business requirements.
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, and perform regression testing on fixed issues.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and ensure proper test coverage.
• Participate in release planning, status meetings, and quality gates, providing input on risk and test readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation opportunities, and testing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA leadership roles, specifically working with Varicent ICM.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation models, data validation, and commission calculation processes.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Varicent certification or formal training.
• Background in software testing for Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Compensation Management platforms.
