Job Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Varicent ICM modules (e.g., calculations, tables, imports, views, portal access, task manager, reports, webforms).
• Understand and document business requirements, particularly in sales compensation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Analyze application performance, recommend enhancements, and implement process improvements.
• Support existing ICM applications by troubleshooting defects and performing maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate tasks and progress within teams during the implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, testing, go-live).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure solution performance in a live production environment.

Job Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues independently.
• Ability to work with business partners to gather requirements and resolve issues.
