We are seeking an experienced Varicent SME to lead the configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions that align with our client's business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong ELT experience and a deep understanding of the Varicent platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact with full ownership of Varicent solutions from a technical perspective.
• Lead the configuration of complex business scenarios within the Varicent platform.
• Troubleshoot and support Varicent solutions in a live production environment.
• Participate in the software implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
• Perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution for complex issues.
• Develop innovative technical solutions for new or highly complex problems beyond existing methods.

Required Qualification

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience within the Varicent platform.
• Proven ELT experience in previous projects.
• Strong client-facing skills with expert-level communication abilities (writing, listening, and speaking).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full technical ownership.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and delivering solutions on time.
