We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong user experience methodology with refined visual design skills to translate complex requirements into clean, elegant, and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and information architecture.
• Translate research insights into clear design decisions that improve usability and product value.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
• Validate design concepts through rapid prototyping and iterative testing.
• Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Create visual design systems, style guides, iconography, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure brand consistency across product interfaces.
• Deliver final UI specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Work closely with product managers to define requirements and align design with business goals.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify design details and maintain design quality throughout implementation.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong sense of visual design, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting data.
• Ability to create responsive and accessible designs aligned with WCAG guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design rationale clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile-first products.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
