Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user experiences across digital products and features, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Translate user needs and product strategy into elegant, usable, and accessible interface designs.
  • Apply strong interaction and visual design skills, including typography, layout, and responsive design principles.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to interpret research insights and translate them into actionable design decisions.
  • Participate in agile development processes, working closely with developers to ensure design quality and intent are maintained through implementation.
  • Create and maintain design systems using Figma, including advanced use of components, variants, prototyping, and branching.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-rich design culture by sharing work early and often.

 

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful work across digital products.
  • Strong foundation in interaction and visual design, with attention to detail in layout, typography, and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect design decisions to user goals and business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and how to apply them in practical, fast-paced environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, prototyping, and version control/branching.
  • Experience with additional prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer, Protopie); motion design experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and experience integrating inclusive design practices into your work.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and working in close partnership with development teams.
  • Experience collaborating with UX researchers and leveraging user insights to inform design.
