Job Description

•  Minimum 8+ years of professional UX Designer experience
•  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
•  Experience in project planning and task management, with a focus on productivity applications.
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
•  Possess a basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma, or similar design tool. 
•  Prefer skills with IT Mobile applications.
•  Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user

•  Experience working in SAFe/Agile/Scrum teams
•  Domain experience in Discrete / Mfg. Industry / Aero Industry (added advantage) 
•  Analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
•  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of the design process.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and translate       them into design specifications.
•  Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business objectives.
•  Participate in governance, reporting, and knowledge management activities.

Generic Managerial Skills

• Good Communication skill, with good understanding of domain should be able to analyze requirement and explain solution to client, Good Communication and articulation skill, good team player, people management, project management, customer management.
