Job Description
- Minimum 8+ years of professional UX Designer experience
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
- Experience in project planning and task management, with a focus on productivity applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
- Possess a basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma, or similar design tool.
- Prefer skills with IT Mobile applications.
- Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user

- Experience working in SAFe/Agile/Scrum teams
- Domain experience in Discrete / Mfg. Industry / Aero Industry (added advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business objectives.
- Participate in governance, reporting, and knowledge management activities.
