Primary Responsibilities

• Apply UX and interaction design best practices to create thoughtful, user-focused solutions.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and clearly present findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align design strategy with business goals.
• Manage multiple complex projects while ensuring high-quality output.
• Lead and participate in design discussions, presenting concepts and strategies with clarity and confidence.
• Work collaboratively within an agile environment, balancing speed with quality.
• Maintain a customer-centric mindset in all aspects of the design process.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Experience with Design Systems (e.g., Material Design, Carbon, Fluent) and component-based design.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience conducting or synthesizing user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
