Role and Responsibilities

• Lead UX Design Efforts Ensure high-quality and high-velocity design output for yourself and the team
• Collaborate Work closely with product managers developers marketing and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development process
• Design Execution Guide the team in creating wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
• Usability Testing Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure Consistency Maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all products
• Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design Human-Computer Interaction Interaction Design or a related field.
• Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in UX design with at least 8 years in a leadership or management role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and successful project outcomes
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
• Candidate needs to have demonstrated experience with consumer product design and the ability to create products for end consumers.
