Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.
• Advocate for UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX department to integrate user experience strategies within UPS, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for project-related activities, including research findings, analysis outcomes, and test results.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and insights on project-related activities and tasks.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
• Proficient in Figma; experience with other design tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research and analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present findings and design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• A passion for creating intuitive and user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
