Job Description

We are seeking a skilled User Access Management (UAM) Analyst to provide administrative services and support across enterprise infrastructure and business line applications. This role focuses on managing and ensuring secure access to systems, applications, and data, while adhering to best practices in identity and access administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative services for access management across enterprise infrastructure and business applications.
  • Support and manage user access controls within Active Directory, Entra ID, and other identity management platforms.
  • Utilize ITSM, IAM, and security platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint) to manage and resolve access requests.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in an agile environment to ensure consistent and compliant access management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management to ensure smooth access management and system security.
  • Create and present meaningful metrics and documentation to drive the UAM program forward.
  • Continuously improve UAM processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in security practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL Frameworks and applicable security protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in Information Security, with knowledge of directory services and identity and access management (IAM).
  • Experience working with MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, MS Office365, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint, and other related platforms.
  • Strong understanding of general security practices, specifically in Identity and Access Administration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, following agile methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and influence business stakeholders, including senior management, across multi-cultural environments.
  • Ability to create and track metrics to drive the UAM program forward.
