Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive UAT test cases and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Design, maintain, and execute test scenarios across various functions to validate system behavior against business expectations.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Log defects with accurate impact assessments and detailed documentation; actively participate in defect triage meetings and track issues through to resolution and retesting.
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and external vendors to support testing, implementation, triage, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with the QA Manager and implementation leads to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and ensure successful releases.
• Assist in the development and execution of detailed test plans ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of UAT activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in UAT, QA, or business systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.) is preferred.
