Roles and Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain tools and scripts to help unit testing, development, and QA.
• Writing SQL, PL/SQL programs, Packages, Stored procedures, Functions, and Triggers to automate the interface processes for daily/incremental loads.
• Strong in debugging and looking at existing code for modifications.
• Perform first-level analysis and diagnosis of incidents/ problems for end users and system
• Ensure problems are resolved promptly and provide technical assistance as needed for troubleshooting
• Work closely with Strategy, and Devops teams to maintain test /staging/production environments
• Maintaining, Updating, and refining documentation
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle Exadata DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Skills, DB design, and Architecture.
• Hands-on coding experience in Oracle PL/SQL and performance tuning of SQL queries.
• Ability to come up with technical designs based on business requirements.
• Experience in Unix shell scripting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think creatively and work independency on complex tasks.
• A highly motivated individual who can work independency in a highly collaborative environment while producing strong results with little or no oversight is preferred.
