Responsibilities

• Create and maintain shell scripts, Python, or Perl utilities in a Unix environment.
• Mentor junior developers and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams.
• Contribute to the full SDLC, develop unit and integration tests (JUnit), and support CI/CD processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relational databases (Oracle).
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience in Unix environments.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting, Python, or Perl.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks (JUnit).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relational databases (Oracle).
• Familiarity with OOP concepts, design patterns, and continuous delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Agile development experience.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
