Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging Unily intranet sites, migrating relevant content from SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure a seamless web interface and user experience.
• Coordinate with senior developers, providing project progress updates and meeting development goals.
• Customize SharePoint and Unily sites to meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage content creation, curation, and site architecture within SharePoint and Unily.
• Set up user access and permissions to target relevant content effectively.
• Integrate SharePoint with MS Office and other platforms for seamless functionality.
• Monitor user engagement metrics and optimize content and design for improved employee experience.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in web design, SharePoint, and Unily content management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customization and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
