Experience in managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs (Preferably UKG Pro WFM Implementation)
Ensure project milestones, budgets and resources are effectively managed
Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities
Act as a primary point of contact between business, IT, vendors, UKG and TCS team members
Lead and Manage project team members
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Manage relationship with UKG team, third party vendors and Customers
Provide regular updates to all stakeholders and leadership teams
Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including time tracking, scheduling and compliance. 

Good-to-Have: 
UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications 
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
