UI/UX Front-End Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, innovative user experiences for modern web applications.
• Develop interactive, responsive, and high-performing front-end interfaces using HTML5, TypeScript, AJAX, and related technologies.
• Create user interfaces that simplify complex workflows, information, and decision-making processes.
• Apply Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles, usability best practices, and user-centered design methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design requirements into functional, scalable web experiences.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Balance usability, accessibility, visual design, performance, and technical constraints when making design and implementation decisions.
• Apply knowledge of cognitive load, human perception, user behavior, information architecture, and interaction design to improve user experiences.
• Build accessible interfaces following established accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Optimize front-end applications for latency, memory usage, responsiveness, browser compatibility, and overall performance.
• Participate throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept and design through implementation, testing, and refinement.
• Communicate design and technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify usability and interaction challenges and develop elegant, practical solutions.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, consistency, scalability, and usability across web applications.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing sophisticated web-based user experiences.
• Strong front-end development skills with HTML5, TypeScript, AJAX, and modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.
• Experience creating responsive, modern, and interactive web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, interactive applications, and front-end development work.
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, visual design, and user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of cognitive load, human perception, user behavior, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing or developing enterprise software or complex business applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization, including latency, memory usage, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to clearly explain technical implementation and design decisions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on highly interactive or data-intensive enterprise applications.
• Experience translating UX designs and prototypes into production-ready front-end implementations.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user research, prototyping, and iterative design processes.
• Understanding of modern browser architecture and front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, responsive layouts, and design systems.
